Anil stands at the intersection of management strategy and operational excellence, bringing over 27 years of experience with leading Indian multinationals such as Usha India, HCL, Bharti Airtel and Vedanta Group. Armed with a B.E. and M.Tech., along with the distinguished certification of Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he instills a culture of discipline, precision, and continuous improvement in every initiative he drives. His expertise spans strategy, operations, and process excellenceโdelivering transformative impact at scale. Beyond the boardroom, Anil finds his balance in nature. A passionate driver and explorer, he is constantly drawn to the open road, discovering new destinations where discipline meets freedom.

Our Brand Ambassador, Sania Mirza, former doubles world No. 1 tennis player, won six major titles. From 2003 to 2013, she was ranked by the Women's Tennis Association as the No. 1 Indian player. Throughout her career, Mirza has established herself as one of the most known and influential athletes in India.
Team Strategist
A former tennis player with a vision to drive change in the Indian sports industry, Vedika Anand serves as our Team Strategist. Currently the Manager for Player Operations at the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA), Vedika brings valuable experience from her time at US Open and the NCAA. With a deep understanding of athlete representation and professional sports management, she joins us in our shared commitment to advancing the future of Indian sports.
Team Mentor
Team mentor Shivika Burman, ex Coach for ITF Grand Slam Player development program. Shivika has been an under-16 national tennis champion, a #1 ranked junior tennis player and has won 9 consecutive tournaments in the United States. She has travelled to more than 50 countries in her professional tennis career and holds the proud distinction of competing in the junior grand slams.
